Chocolate Fondue

 

Ingredients (Bahan-bahan) :

1 pound bittersweet(manis pahit) chocolate, coarsely chopped (potong kasar)

2 cups heavy cream (krim padat)

How To Make :

Combine chocolate and cream in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.

Using a wooden spoon, stir occasionally until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

Divide among 8 small bowls or ramekins;

Serve immediately with accompaniments.

Cara Membuat :

Masukkan coklat dan krim di dalam mangkuk anti panas letakkan di atas panci kosong berisi air yang yang baru mendidih.

Gunakan sendok kayu, aduk merata sampai coklat meleleh dan campuran sudah halus.

Bagi menjadi antara 8 mangkuk kecil atau ramekins

Sajikan segera bersama dengan kerabat anda.
